State Strategy for Biodiversity: Like the ENBM, the State Strategy for Biodiversity is a document that represents a dynamic process of strategic planning that guides the actions of different sectors of society to ensure the permanence of biological diversity. The EEBs gather the ideas and opinions of various individuals, organizations and institutions dedicated to promoting sustainable development, with the aim of defining the role each will play in the task of conservation and sustainable use of ecosystems, species and genetic diversity in the State. The strategies define the priorities for biodiversity in accordance with the characteristics and circumstances of each site. Both EEs and EEBs are complementary in nature, since a proper diagnosis can define the priorities and strategic lines of action required.
