2006	First informative meetings on the EEB process between Federal, State and academic institutions.
2007	Resumption of meetings with the participation of the SMRN.
2009	Signing of the Letter of Commitment to Interinstitutional Collaboration, between the SMRN and CONABIO for the production of the EE and the EEB.

2008	STATE STUDY. Specifically themed meetings were held and section coordinators designated. At least 27 institutions from diverse sectors participate.
2009	100% of the revision of final chapters completed. STRATEGY. Work has not begun.

Implementation activities in the strategy framework have not begun.
