2005	First meetings with the Directorate of Research of the Colima University and SEDUR.
2006	Signing of the Convention in which all parties commit to the production of the EE and the EEB.

2007	STATE STUDY. First meeting with the coordinators of the chapters and the Study, the general index is generated and the authors responsible for different sections.
2009	Currently, progress is at 70% of the contributions for the final EE document. STRATEGY. Work has not begun.

Implementation activities in the strategy framework have not begun.
